REY Logistics, Inc., for itself and on behalf of all current and future affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners (“REY Logistics”) has established this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to describe how we collect, use, disclose and transfer the information you provide by accessing or using a REY Logistics website, REY Logistics mobile applications or other REY Logistics products or services on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (each a “Service” or the “Services”). While this Privacy Policy is intended to generally describe our privacy practices, more detailed or more specific information may be provided in conjunction with a particular Service that supplements the information available here.
Unless otherwise stated, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information we obtain from third parties. By accessing or using a Service, you are indicating your acknowledgment of and acceptance of this Privacy Policy, which may be modified from time to time without notice to you. Please read it carefully, and do not use any of our Services if you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
“Personal Information” is information you provide to us which personally identifies you, such as your name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card number and type (but only where we are processing payments at your request), password, age/birthday, parent status, phone number, social media identifiers, and email or other contact addresses. For certain devices, including smart watches and other wearable devices, we may collect other information such as your height, weight, profile pictures or other images you upload, avatar information, sleep data, calorie consumption data, heart rate, step goals or other step data, information relating to exercise types and exercise times, and cadence detection.
Aggregated Non-Personal Information is different from Personal information. “Aggregated Non-Personal Information” is information about our users, their computers or devices and/or use of a Service that are collected into groups so that it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user. This information may include, without limitation, information about use of a Service, Web pages viewed or used, Service content accessed or used, IP addresses and device identifiers, information about hardware or software used to access a Service, user location information, page views, app usage, customization settings relating to a Service, and other types of information we collect that cannot reasonably be used to identify you personally. REY Logistics may collect and use Aggregated Non-Personal Information to improve a Service or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.
For certain Services, you may be able to opt out of collection of Personal Information via customization options provided through the Service. Please review the documentation for the Service at issue to determine whether an opt out is possible and, where opt out is an option, to locate instructions for doing so.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
REY Logistics receives, stores, and processes information that you provide. Examples include when you: (i) register for a Service, (ii) fill in any form on one of our websites, apps or devices, (iii) purchase goods through a Service, (iv) sign up for email or text alerts, (v) link your account to a third party website (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Amazon), (vi) post or share information on a Service, or (vii) contact us.
REY Logistics may automatically collect information from your use of a Service. For example, REY Logistics may automatically collect your browser type, operating system, CPU speed, referring or exit pages, click patterns, and computer’s IP address. REY Logistics may also automatically collect general information about use of a Service, such as the pages or other content viewed, the order of pages or other content viewed, the frequency of access, the time spent on a Service or portions thereof, and other similar user statistics. REY Logistics may also use cookies or pixel tags/web beacons or other information tracking technologies (collectively “Collection Tools”) to enable users to specify unique preferences and to track user trends and patterns. Users may have the option of disabling Collection Tools via their browser preferences or other customization options. If you disable Collection Tools, please note that some parts of a Service may not function or may be considerably slower. As an automatic process, REY Logistics may record IP address information, but does not ordinarily link IP addresses to users’ Personal Information, other than for statistical analysis as needed. However, REY Logistics can and will use IP addresses or other information to identify a user when we, in our sole discretion, determine that it is necessary to enforce compliance with the REY Logistics’ policies or to protect a Service, customers or others.
REY Logistics may obtain information about you from third parties. For example, when you interact with us through a social media function such as a plug-in (e.g., a Facebook “like” button) then you may be permitting us to have on-going access to some information from your social network profile (such as your name, email address, your friend list, photo, age, gender, location, birthday, social networking ID, current city, the people/sites you follow, and so forth), to the extent allowed by your settings with the third party platform or site. We may also obtain information about you from a third-party data aggregator, cookie technology operator, advertising network, or another type of data company.
HOW WE USE PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
REY Logistics may use the information we collect about you for a variety of business purposes such as billing, identification, authentication, communication, and general research. For example, we may use that information to:

- Personalize a Service we offer and the advertising displayed through a Service.

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your password to anyone. REY Logistics will not contact you via email to ask for your username or password. If you do share your username and password or your Personal Information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify REY Logistics and change your password. Please do not save your password on any public computers and remember to log out of your account on any shared devices to ensure another user does not provide, or obtain access to, your Personal Information.
Information that you share in forums, message boards, reviews, and suggestions or on any portion of a Service designed to allow you to communicate with other users, may be publicly accessible. Accordingly, the information you share may be read, collected or used by others, including REY Logistics, for any purpose. REY Logistics is not responsible for any information you share through publicly accessible portions of a Service or for the use of such information.
E-MAIL REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
We may use links on a Service to provide you with the opportunity to contact us via e-mail or through other means to ask questions, request information, register or provide comments and suggestions. We may send you an email or text message as part of the registration verification process or to assist you in recovering a password at your request. However, we will never contact you via email to ask you for credit card information, bank account numbers or other sensitive financial information.

REY Logistics is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other web sites to which a Service links or which link to a Service. By clicking on a link, logo, advertisement or other item, please note that you may no longer be on a Service controlled by REY Logistics. If the Service is being delivered through a browser, you can check what Internet site you are on by viewing the URL at the top and/or bottom of your browser. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
As part of our regular business operations, we may transfer your Personal Information to certain third parties with whom we contract(s) for the limited purpose of providing services such as credit card and payment processing. These service providers are obligated to protect your information, and they do not use your Personal Information for their own commercial purposes.
REY Logistics may also engage third party intermediaries to provide our users with additional offerings and services. Please read the privacy policies of those platforms, because your REY Logistics activity published on those platforms will no longer be governed by REY Logistics’ Privacy Policy. Information that is publicly shared may be used by REY Logistics for promotional purposes.
UPDATING AND CORRECTING INFORMATION
You may review, update, correct or delete most Personal Information in your account through a Service. If you cannot update the information yourself, please contact us. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before we make any corrections. Upon receipt of such requests, we will update our files within a reasonable time from the date of the request.
SECURITY
We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use tools (secure socket layer (SSL) encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your Personal Information that they collect from a Service. CHILDREN
We do not use our Services to knowingly solicit data from or market to individuals under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at legal@reylogistics.com. After notification, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
GOVERNING LAW AND INTERNATIONAL USERS
Unless otherwise stated in the Service, each Service is controlled, operated and administered by REY Logistics from its offices within the United States of America and this Privacy Policy is provided in accordance with and subject to applicable U.S. law. If you are based outside the United States and decide to access a Service from your location outside of the United States, you hereby agree to be subject to this Notice and waive all privacy-related rights in other jurisdictions that conflict with U.S. law or this Privacy Policy.
The terms of this Privacy Policy are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States of America. You should not provide us with any Personal Information unless you consent to the application of United States law and, where applicable, Pennsylvania law, and to the use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
SUBPOENAS OR OTHER LEGAL REQUESTS FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose your Personal Information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable law or a current judicial or administrative proceeding, a court order or legal process. If REY Logistics is served with legal documents that it believes will require it to disclose your Personal Information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the request (unless we are prohibited by law from doing so) to give you an opportunity to object to the disclosure of your Personal Information before the judicial or administrative body in which it is being requested. Unless prohibited by law, REY Logistics will use good faith efforts to notify you of the request with sufficient time for you to object to its disclosure. In the event that you do not object to the disclosure or your objection to the disclosure is unsuccessful, you agree that REY Logistics shall have no liability for disclosure of your Personal Information where REY Logistics has a good faith belief that it is required by law to do so.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS BY REY LOGISTICS
